Pricing and Product Specifications
AEE Technology reserves the right to change the specifications and prices shown on this website without notice. All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Ordering
As AEE Technology is primarilly an online business, most communication will be via email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure information entered at the time of order is accurate for both correspondence and delivery of products. Whilst every effort is made to ensure products displayed are in stock, in the unlikely event a product is not available, an equivilant value item will be offered or the option to receive a full refund. An order that is unsuccessful due to parties outside of the control of AEE Technology, is not the responsibility of AEE Technology. Such examples include but are not limited to Internet Service Provider (ISP) availability. In the event of an order being cancelled by AEE Technology, you will be notified by email.
Delivery
An address must be a physical address for delivery. AEE Technology will not deliver to a PO Box. Product Title is transferred to the customer upon signing for receipt of the product, however in the event a customer provides written authorisation to deliver without a signature, insurance cover for the product is null and void. In the event a re-delivery is required, the customer is to arrange this directly with the delivery company. All delivery dates are as accurate as information made available to AEE Technology at the time of order. The preferred delivery companies of AEE Technology are Fedex and Australia Post.
Faulty/Damaged Products
AEE Technology will repair or replace any Faulty or Damaged products in line with the Terms and Conditions laid out on this website. If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or damaged in transit, AEE Technology must be notified immediately via email to Customer Service. In this instance the customer is entitled to a product replacement or equivilant value product, or a full refund including delivery charges. If the product is deemed Faulty after the first 7 days of Title passing to the customer, the customer is entitled to choose between having the product replaced or in the event of the product not being available, AEE Technology will offer a product of equivilant value or a refund of the product purchase price which will exclude the cost of delivery. AEE Technology reserves the right to have any Faulty/Damaged product professionally assessed should there be any doubt as to the cause and in the event of the product being as described on the website, as described, reimbursement of costs incurred may be sought.
Refunds/Returns
Refunds are limited to those clauses implied by statute (other than aforementioned in the Faulty/Damaged Products clause). To initiate the return process, email communication is requested to Customer Service. All original packaging and accessories must accompany the product and be in a condition fit for resale. The responsibility for the safe return of the product rests with the customer and AEE Technology takes no responsibility for this.
Warranties
AEE Technology provides for a 12 month warranty on all products purchased from this website, which will run from the date of product receipt. None of the Terms and Conditions aforementioned omit Statutory Conditions and Warranties.
